Loved the place

Shitty decour, ugly as shit.. I LOVED IT! Awesome people and music..death, grind, black.. Had a good time here and the prices are spot on when it comes to Norway's alcohol pricing. Definitely worth the visit to meet up some real metalheads of Oslo here!

Unholy - Absolutely love it!

Unholy used to be located in central Oslo, but it's now located about 10 minutes (by foot) from Karl Johan's Gate. Due to the fact it's not right in the middle of Oslo, the beer is cheaper at approximately €5 - €6 per pint, depending on the time. One of the first things I saw when I walked down the stairs into Unholy was a big Transilvanian Hunger (Darkthrone) painting on the wall. I knew I'd like that place straight away! They play a great mix of metal there and also play requests. Well, they've always played all of my requests anyway. The music there is, by far, the best I've heard in any pub I've ever been to. That says a lot - I'm Irish, I've been to a lot of bars! It's like playing my own iTunes library, but in the most awesome bar with great people. The staff are brilliant. It's also 'home' to the hottest barman ever - Kai. I had to throw that in, sorry. There's a great crowd of people too. Everyone's very friendly. I don't know what else to add. I'd rate this bar 11/10. It's definitely worth checking out. I'd highly, highly recommend it.
