Unique place to see in Oslo for metalheads

I think that's it's THE place to go for every metalhead who travel in Oslo. I went there with my wife in march 2012 and spend quater an hour in this place : TONS of stuff and rare stuff to buy, it's also an ambiance because of the grave which is standing in the center of the store. A must see !!!

Awsome m/

As any long term metal fan, I've scouted the place looking for guess what....music! :)) What I've seen looked more like a metal museum, then a shop...besides tons of music (and hundreds of cassettes!!!) there were many, many collectros items like Slayer in a box of real, heavy metal, original shirts from the 80s and 90s and even the piss from Carphatian Forest guitar player! :DDD How crazy is that! Besides, I spent about 1h just talking to a very cool guy, listening to music, sharing metal experiance... I will definetly come back :DD Love, love, love from Poland! Kate

Great record store!

The store is great!! If you like black metal, do not miss it. It's like a black metal museum where they have records on the walls, posters, objects of Mayhem, Helvete, Burzum... + other BM bands!. They sell a big variety of demos, vinyls, cds and fanzines. A bit expensive, but if you are going to go to Oslo, you should go there!

Great

Shop owner is very kind and has lots of music and clothes (most about black metal). Many are used, so you can f things you did not suppose existed (like the Helvete poster!). Rare items are quite expensive but it's cheaper than every other metal shop I've seen there..

Amazing shop

This is the best record shop I found in Oslo. It's especially interesting for black metal fans ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE id=id; they have a lot of early demos by bands who are now big in black metal. Friendly owner with great stock!

Best metal shop in Oslo

When we visited Oslo we went to many record shops, there are a few good metal shops there, but Neseblod was certainly the best. They call themselves The New Helvete for whatever that is worth to you. The guy there was so friendly, he and my husband talked metal for hours on end a couple of the days we were there. He even let us know which pubs were the best in town. They have tons of old and rare stuff, the really rare stuff they have hanging proudly on their walls. An awesome place to shop for metal, some great t-shirts too.
