Opening in October of 2009, the Millennium Music Hall quickly became a significant player in the Welsh rock and metal scene.

Notable acts to play the venue include Eyehategod, UFO, Michael Schenker, Marduk and numerous others.

The venue also hosts Cardiff's biggest and oldest rock and metal night "Bogiez" as well as a purely classic rock night called "Tombstone".

The venue has 3 floors/rooms, all of which are large. The top floor is the live music room, the middle floor is the club/bar and the bottom floor is a nightclub (no rock or metal on this floor).
