Friendly staff, high-quality drinks, extremely low prices in the bars (there are at least 3 of them - one BAR, one cafe and something in the concert hall), GREAT air conditioning, nice concert hall, and SUPER public + new friends! Sometimes live music, concerts, new album presentations, great halloween parties (and other parties as well :))
