Keep your eye out for this shop, just across the road from the Kaisaniemi park on Unioninkatu. Probably a 5 minute walk from Station Square.

Quite close-quarters inside, lots of stuff to check out including the occasional rarity, some good stuff on vinyl too. The new releases are a few Euro more than you'd find in Levykauppa, but let's face it - you're not going to come here for mainstream stuff. Definitely a shop for the shelf-trawlers and those with an eye for the rarity or special edition CD or vinyl - you might find something interesting!

Very nice shop, they have cd's, second hand and new, and also some books, clothing etc. In the back they have a large metal selection, including lots of hard to find stuff. Friendly staff as well. The guy told me they can also order anything for you you are looking for.

I visited quite many CD stores in Helsinki but this shop has the best selection! Rare items, collector stuff, a lot of LPs, tapes. Separate part for the Deep Purple family, for finish metal, Kiss, guitar heroes. The prices are not the lowest but the selection they have is superb. Highly recommended!
