Excellent crowdy small bar in brugges, not far from the city center, with cheep beer (Jupiler!) lots of thrash metal, drunk and friendly people. If you're in bruges you must not miss it. Liz Skuse

This place, and also the Metalzone record shop just across from it looked interesting from the outside, but are both closed on sunday and monday. Failing that, go to the T'Brugge in the zilverstraat, excellent pub for beers with no frills as I saw on the Hairy Bikers tv programme. Got through 32 of 300 beers in 2 visits.
